Seven items fail you outright
The JISA auditor scores 23 items from 0 to 3, and you need 70% to pass. But fail any one of the 7 mandatory items and you fail the audit, whatever your total.
A fail brings a 30-day notice to fix it. After that, your licence is at risk.
Fleets of 4 or more vehicles also need a safety committee, a written safety policy and a safety officer.

Is SediaSafety approved by JPJ?
No. SediaSafety is a tool for operators, built to the Borang item by item. It helps you prepare; the audit itself is carried out by JPJ.
Does a high score guarantee I pass?
No. The score is a readiness indicator that shows what’s in place and what’s missing. The result depends on what the auditor finds on the day.
We already have GPS. Why do we need this?
Good, we link to it. GPS shows the data; SediaSafety turns it into JISA evidence and follow-ups.
Isn’t this too expensive?
From 25 vehicles up, it costs less than one admin clerk, and far less than a failed audit. For a 70-lorry fleet, one week of suspension costs about RM441k.
